Fibbler answers one question very well: did our LinkedIn ads reach the accounts that ended up in pipeline? It does that by matching LinkedIn's company-level impression data to your CRM.

People start looking around when LinkedIn stops being their only channel, when the 90-day lookback feels short for enterprise deals, or when they want to know about website visitors who never saw an ad.

In this guide, I'll compare six alternatives on those gaps, with notes from setting them up and an honest view of what each one can and can't see.

Editor's note

How I evaluated these

The key question for LinkedIn attribution is what the tool can actually see: impressions, clicks, or website visits. I connected the tools that offer a trial or free plan, including Factors.ai and Dreamdata, to the same LinkedIn Ads account and HubSpot portal. Metadata, HockeyStack and Usermaven sell through demos, so I relied on their product tours, documentation and teams I know who use them.

A lot of the B2B brands and agencies we work with run LinkedIn as a core channel, and their reporting questions set the criteria. G2 and Capterra reviews filled in the rest. I compared:

  • Whether it uses LinkedIn impressions, clicks or both
  • Which other ad channels it covers
  • How it ties ad activity to CRM deals
  • Pricing and how fast you can start

SourceLoop is our product. I put it through the same checks, and its section is upfront that LinkedIn impression data isn't something it uses.

Last checked November 2026. Confirm current pricing with each vendor.

What Fibbler does, and its limits

Fibbler homepage
Fibbler homepage.

Fibbler connects LinkedIn Ads to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Attio. It shows which companies saw or engaged with your ads, reports influenced pipeline by campaign, and sends signals to sales. Google Ads and Meta Ads are now add-ons.

Pricing starts at $89 a month, with a 30-day free trial. Users like how simple it is:

"Fibbler is much more user-friendly than similar platforms because it keeps the design and UX simple." (Source)

The requests in reviews point to where it stops:

"I would like a longer lookback window than what Fibbler currently provides, which is limited to 90 days." (Source)
"it would be beneficial to include more detailed interaction insights, such as job titles and functions from LinkedIn, instead of just a list of accounts." (Source)

The 6 best Fibbler alternatives

The first two go wider than LinkedIn; the rest go deeper into accounts or campaign execution.

1. SourceLoop

Best for: lead-gen businesses, agencies and SaaS teams that run LinkedIn alongside Google, Meta and organic, and want every lead and deal attributed in one place.

SourceLoop Traffic and Revenue report with conversions and revenue by channel
Every channel's conversions and revenue in one report.

SourceLoop is a lead source and ad attribution tool. It tracks every visit and its source, keeps the journey on each lead from forms, calls, chats and bookings, and credits CRM stages, deals and revenue to the campaigns behind them, LinkedIn included.

It works from clicks and visits, not LinkedIn's impression data. So it won't tell you that an account saw your ad and later converted by typing your URL. What it gives you is the full picture across channels: LinkedIn next to search, paid social, email and referral, with the same models applied to all of them.

Key features

  • Cross-channel attribution: LinkedIn, Google, Meta, organic and email credited side by side, under seven models.
SourceLoop report with the attribution model picker open showing seven models
Seven models applied to every channel.
  • Journey on every lead: each visit and ad click before the conversion, plus company journeys that group colleagues.
SourceLoop contact drawer with first-touch and last-touch attribution and the visit-by-visit journey
The visits and clicks behind one lead.
  • No 90-day ceiling: lookback windows up to 365 days for leads, and a full year for stages and revenue.
  • Ads report: spend and platform-reported results beside what SourceLoop credits to Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
SourceLoop Ads report comparing platform-reported conversions with first-touch and last-touch credited conversions
Platform claims beside credited results.
  • Conversion sync: good leads and won deals go to Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and ChatGPT Ads with value. LinkedIn sync is coming soon.
SourceLoop conversion sync builder sending won deals to Google Ads with a value
Won deals sent back to Google Ads with their value.
  • Alerts: notify sales in Slack when a high-value lead arrives or a deal moves stage.
SourceLoop alert builder with a high-value lead rule sending to Slack
Sales hears about a high-value lead the moment it arrives.
  • Two-way CRM sync: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Jobber get the source on each record, and stages and won deals come back for revenue reports.
SourceLoop CRM field mapping with first-touch channel, source and medium mapped to CRM fields
LinkedIn and other sources written to CRM fields.
  • Lead quality rules: mark leads Good, Not a fit or Spam, so a cheap LinkedIn form full of students doesn't look like a winning campaign.
SourceLoop lead quality rule builder marking leads as Good based on conditions
A rule that separates buyers from browsers.
  • Custom reports, white label and an MCP server: live reports, branded on the Agency plan, and an AI assistant that can pull channel numbers on request (Professional and up).
SourceLoop API and MCP settings for connecting an AI assistant
The MCP connection for AI assistants.

Where it falls short

  • No LinkedIn impression or view-through data, and no company-level ad engagement. If proving LinkedIn reach is the main job, Fibbler or Factors.ai fits better.
  • LinkedIn spend and conversion sync aren't live yet, so LinkedIn costs need adding manually for now.

Pricing

  • Essential: $49/mo for one site and 30,000 page views, with tracking, attribution reports, lead quality rules and alerts
  • Professional: $99/mo for 100,000 page views and unlimited users, adding CRM sync, conversion sync to the ad platforms, the API and MCP
  • Agency: $249/mo for three sites and 1.5 million page views, adding white label reporting
  • Unlimited conversions and a 7-day trial, with every channel included.

Verdict: the better fit once LinkedIn is one channel among several and you need one attribution view for all of them. Keep Fibbler alongside it if LinkedIn reach is still a board-level question.

2. Factors.ai

Best for: B2B teams that want LinkedIn impression data plus website company identification and account journeys.

Factors.ai homepage
Factors.ai homepage.

Factors.ai is the closest match to Fibbler with more on top. It combines LinkedIn and Google ad engagement with website visitor identification, so an account's timeline shows ads seen, pages visited and deals created.

When I connected LinkedIn on the trial, the account timeline was the clear upgrade over Fibbler. Seeing that a company saw three ads, visited pricing twice, then booked a demo, all on one screen, is a much richer story than ad engagement alone.

It costs more and takes longer to learn. The interface has more depth than Fibbler's deliberate simplicity, and reviewers mention sync delays with HubSpot.

Key features

  • LinkedIn and Google ad engagement is combined with website identification in one account timeline.
  • Account-level attribution credits pipeline to ads and visits across the buying group.
  • Audiences built from engaged accounts can be pushed back to LinkedIn and Google.
  • Engagement scoring ranks accounts so sales knows who to contact first.

Where it falls short

  • It costs more than Fibbler from the first tier, and pricing grows with usage.
  • The interface takes longer to learn than Fibbler's simpler views.
  • Company matching misses more small businesses, which limits coverage for SMB-focused teams.

What users say

"Being able to open a company and see every touch in order, across people and across weeks, is what makes the data actually usable instead of just interesting." (Source)
"We’re also experiencing some delays with the HubSpot-to-Factors sync" (Source)

Pricing

  • Lite: $199/mo; Basic $6,000 and Growth $20,000 a year. Free trial.

3. Dreamdata

Best for: B2B SaaS teams that want LinkedIn's influence inside full account journeys and stage attribution.

Dreamdata homepage
Dreamdata homepage.

Dreamdata is known for LinkedIn attribution among B2B marketers. It pulls in LinkedIn ad impressions and engagement, combines them with every other touch, and credits CRM stages to channels and accounts.

On the free plan, LinkedIn impressions showed up inside each company journey next to website visits and meetings. That context answers the question Fibbler users often ask next: what did the account do after seeing the ad?

The cost of that depth is complexity. I needed time to learn the reports, and full attribution moves to custom pricing.

Key features

  • LinkedIn impressions and engagement appear inside company journeys alongside every other touch.
  • Stage attribution credits MQL through closed-won to channels, campaigns and accounts.
  • Website visitors are identified at company level to fill in research between ad views.
  • Audiences and conversions sync back to ad platforms on paid plans.

Where it falls short

  • Full attribution is custom-priced, so it's harder to budget than Fibbler's flat plans.
  • The interface has a learning curve, especially for presenting to non-marketers.
  • The free plan's two months of history is short for long B2B cycles.

What users say

"Since Dreamdata is easy to use the non technical marketers can easily find out which channel are driving most pipeline with Dreamdata reports." (Source)
"The interface can be tricky, especially when I’m trying to show revenue impact to non-digital marketers." (Source)

Pricing

  • Free: $0/mo with 2 months of history and 5 seats
  • Attribution and Activation: custom pricing

4. Metadata

Best for: B2B teams that want their LinkedIn and paid social campaigns run and optimized, not just measured.

Metadata homepage
Metadata homepage.

Metadata sits on the other side of the problem. It builds B2B audiences, launches campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and other channels, runs experiments, and moves budget toward what creates pipeline.

From its product tour and teams I know who use it, the value is in execution. Instead of reporting which LinkedIn campaigns worked, it tests many variations and shifts spend automatically, with CRM data deciding what "worked" means.

Reviewers are clear that it suits meaningful budgets and some patience, and that editing live campaigns is awkward.

Key features

  • Audiences combine firmographic, technographic, intent and CRM data, then go live on several ad channels.
  • Experiments run in parallel, and budget shifts toward ads and audiences that create pipeline.
  • CRM integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce tie each click to a lead or opportunity.
  • Managed services are available for teams that want help running campaigns.

Where it falls short

  • It needs a healthy monthly ad budget to learn, which smaller LinkedIn programs may not have.
  • Live campaigns are awkward to edit, according to several reviewers.
  • Its attribution is a supporting feature, so precise reporting may still need a dedicated tool.

What users say

"The fact that I can create extremely targeted audiences based on firmographics, intent, etc." (Source)
"Multi-touch attribution is directionally right, not surgically precise." (Source)

5. HockeyStack

Best for: enterprise B2B teams that want LinkedIn impressions inside a full GTM analytics platform.

HockeyStack homepage
HockeyStack homepage.

HockeyStack brings LinkedIn and every other channel into one model with CRM, website and product data, then adds AI agents.

In the walkthrough, LinkedIn impressions sit naturally in its journey views, and switching models shows how much credit LinkedIn earns under each. For a team that has outgrown Fibbler and wants everything in one platform, it's compelling.

It's also a very different purchase: annual contract, no trial, and an implementation that depends on clean CRM data. Several recent reviews describe onboardings that didn't reach accurate numbers.

Key features

  • LinkedIn impressions and clicks feed a unified model with CRM, website and product data.
  • Models switch on the same report, showing how LinkedIn's credit changes under each.
  • Company identification fills in research between ad exposure and conversion.
  • AI agents analyze performance and support sales.

Where it falls short

  • It's an enterprise commitment with no trial, far from Fibbler's credit-card start.
  • Implementation depends heavily on CRM data quality.
  • Reporting complexity can slow down smaller marketing teams.

What users say

"I like being able to switch between attribution models like first touch, linear, and last touch in a second, so different marketing teammates can look at reports in different ways." (Source)
"4 months of onboarding ended in us cancelling the contract because they could not connect our data." (Source)

6. Usermaven

Best for: product-led SaaS teams that run LinkedIn among other channels and also want product analytics.

Usermaven homepage
Usermaven homepage.

Usermaven auto-captures website and product events and runs multi-touch attribution with windows up to 365 days. It connects to LinkedIn, Google Ads and Meta, plus HubSpot, Salesforce and Stripe.

It doesn't use LinkedIn impression data like Fibbler. What it adds is what happens after the click: signups, activation and retention, which matters when "pipeline" for you means trials and subscriptions.

It's sold through demos now, so I went on the product tour and documentation. Reviewers praise the easy install and want more help with advanced setups.

Key features

  • Website and product events are captured automatically, so attribution extends into signups and usage.
  • Multi-touch attribution supports windows up to 365 days, well beyond Fibbler's 90.
  • Product analytics covers engagement, retention and cohorts by acquisition channel.
  • Maven AI and an MCP server answer questions in plain language.

Where it falls short

  • It doesn't use LinkedIn impression data, so ad reach to accounts isn't visible.
  • There's no account-level view of buying groups.
  • Prices aren't published and there's no free plan.

What users say

"Robust for customer journey and client attribution so you can see what activities are working and what leads are doing before they buy." (Source)
"Maven AI could use some work to help me discover more insights about my analytics and perhaps find opportunities for improvement." (Source)

Pricing

  • Business and Enterprise plans, quoted after a demo.

How to choose

Ask what you need to prove about LinkedIn, and what else is in the mix.

1. LinkedIn reach to target accounts

  • Stay with Fibbler, or move to Factors.ai or Dreamdata for richer account journeys.

2. LinkedIn as one channel among many

  • SourceLoop, for lead-gen businesses, agencies and SaaS teams that want every channel's leads and deals attributed with published pricing.
  • Usermaven, if product usage matters as much as acquisition.

3. Running the campaigns, not just measuring them

  • Metadata for execution, HockeyStack for an enterprise analytics platform.

Frequently asked questions

  1. What does Fibbler do?

Fibbler connects LinkedIn Ads to your CRM, shows which companies saw or engaged with your ads, and reports influenced pipeline by campaign. Google Ads and Meta Ads attribution are paid add-ons.

  2. How much does Fibbler cost?

As of November 2026, Growth is $89 a month and Unlimited is $129 a month, with Google Ads and Meta Ads add-ons at $59 per account per month and a 30-day free trial.

  3. Can SourceLoop show LinkedIn ad impressions by company?

No. SourceLoop attributes LinkedIn through clicks and visits, alongside every other channel. For company-level impression data, Fibbler, Factors.ai, Dreamdata and HockeyStack are better fits.

  4. What is the best Fibbler alternative for multi-channel B2B?

Dreamdata and Factors.ai cover LinkedIn impressions plus other channels at account level. SourceLoop covers every channel at lead and deal level from $49 a month.

  5. Why does LinkedIn attribution undercount?
