Is this a full CRM replacement?
No, and that's the point. SourceLoop's Contacts Hub is a lightweight CRM optimized for marketing: every contact has full attribution, source, journey, and lead score. It pairs with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Close as the system of record for sales. For very small teams, the Hub on its own may be enough.
Do I need to manually create contacts?
No. Contacts get created automatically the moment a visitor fills a form, opens a chat, books a meeting, or pays. The contact arrives with attribution, source, journey, and any data the visitor submitted, no manual entry.
Can I score leads based on behavior or source?
Yes. Lead scoring rules combine behavior (pages visited, content downloaded, demos booked) with attribution (source, campaign, content) so a lead from your highest-converting channel automatically gets prioritized.
Can I build segments by source or campaign?
