Marketo Measure, the product most people still call Bizible, does one thing very well: it puts marketing touchpoints on Salesforce records and splits revenue across them.

The trouble is everything around that. It needs a Salesforce admin who understands its objects and rules, reports can be slow, and the contract comes from Adobe's enterprise sales team.

In this guide, I'll compare seven alternatives on the questions that matter after Bizible: which CRM they need, who has to maintain them, and what they cost.

Editor's note

What I looked for

Most people replacing Marketo Measure are really asking how much Salesforce work they can avoid. I used Dreamdata's free plan and Attribution App's trial directly. CaliberMind, HockeyStack, LeanData and Ruler sell through demos, so those notes draw on product tours, admin documentation and the RevOps people I know who run them.

The brands and agencies we work with run a mix of Salesforce and HubSpot, which shaped the comparison, and reviews on G2 and Capterra added the long-term picture. I compared:

  • Which CRMs each tool supports, and how deeply
  • How much admin time setup and upkeep need
  • Attribution models and what they credit
  • Pricing and contract terms

SourceLoop is our product. It was measured against the same questions, and I've been direct about where an enterprise tool still makes more sense.

Why teams move on from Marketo Measure

Adobe Marketo Measure homepage
Adobe Marketo Measure homepage.

Marketo Measure records touchpoints on Salesforce leads, contacts and opportunities, then credits pipeline and revenue with models like W-shaped and full path. It's sold by Adobe on an enterprise contract.

Users value how directly it connects marketing to deals:

"Bizible is an awesome integration with salesforce. It gives us the ability to do end to end attribution, so we understand how leads move through the funnel based on different marketing interventions." (Source)

The complaints are consistent across years of reviews:

"It also requires clean data and strong technical skills to get the most accurate insights." (Source)
"The app is very slow and sometimes unresponsive." (Source)
"Manually inputting leads into salesforce made it hard to track on Bizible." (Source)

The 7 best Marketo Measure alternatives

They run from the lightest lift to the most Salesforce-centric.

1. SourceLoop

Best for: lead generation businesses, agencies and SaaS teams that want touchpoint-level attribution in their CRM without a Salesforce project.

SourceLoop Traffic and Revenue report with conversions and revenue by channel
Conversions and revenue by channel, last touch and first touch side by side.

SourceLoop is marketing attribution software that writes its results into the CRM you already use. It tracks every visit, attaches the source and journey to each lead from forms, calls, chats and bookings, and credits stages, deals and revenue back to campaigns.

The difference from Marketo Measure is where the work happens. The tracking and modeling run in SourceLoop, and the CRM receives clean attribution fields. On Salesforce, you create the deal fields once; on HubSpot and Pipedrive, mapping is a few clicks.

Key features

  • CRM sync without custom objects: first and last touch, campaign, channel and journey fields on each record in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Jobber.
SourceLoop CRM field mapping with first-touch channel, source and medium mapped to CRM fields
Attribution fields mapped onto the CRM record.
  • Credit stages, deals and revenue: the same report switches between leads, contacts or companies by stage, deals and revenue.
SourceLoop Traffic and Revenue report with the outcome picker showing contacts by stage, companies by stage, deals and revenue
Choose which outcome to credit.
  • Seven models: first and last touch, first and last non-direct, linear, U-shaped and time decay. There's no W-shaped or custom model, but each rule is published, so finance can check how a deal was split.
SourceLoop report with the attribution model picker open showing seven models
Seven published models, switchable on any report.
  • Journey on every lead: the full visit history before each conversion, kept on the contact.
SourceLoop contact drawer with first-touch and last-touch attribution and the visit-by-visit journey
The touchpoints behind one lead.
  • Conversion sync: won deals and qualified leads go back to Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and ChatGPT Ads, something Marketo Measure doesn't do.
SourceLoop conversion sync builder sending won deals to Google Ads with a value
Closed revenue sent back to Google Ads.
  • Custom reports: build leadership reports with live numbers and share them as links or export them.
SourceLoop custom report with key metrics and a visitors-over-time chart
A live report for the weekly pipeline review.
  • Lead quality rules: mark leads Good, Not a fit or Spam from form answers, email domain or call length, so pipeline reports don't count job seekers and vendor pitches.
SourceLoop lead quality templates for job seekers, sales pitches, throwaway email, booked a meeting and answered call over 60 seconds
Starting templates for filtering out junk leads.
  • Alerts: post new opportunities, high-value leads or a weekly pipeline summary to Slack or email.
SourceLoop alert builder with a high-value lead rule sending to Slack
A Slack alert when a high-value lead arrives.
  • API and MCP server (Professional and up), so an AI assistant can pull attribution and deal data into a review or draft a report.
  • Warehouse export to Snowflake, BigQuery, S3 or GCS for teams that model in-house.

Where it falls short

  • No W-shaped, full path or custom models. If those milestone models are written into your reporting, CaliberMind or Marketo Measure keep them.
  • On Salesforce, deal attribution fields have to be created by your team before sync.

Pricing

  • Essential: $49/mo for one site and 30,000 page views, with tracking, attribution reports, lead quality rules and alerts
  • Professional: $99/mo for 100,000 page views and unlimited users, adding CRM sync, conversion sync to the ad platforms, the API and MCP
  • Agency: $249/mo for three sites and 1.5 million page views, adding white label reporting
  • Unlimited conversions, monthly billing and a 7-day trial.

Verdict: the light-touch replacement when the goal is reliable attribution in the CRM without an admin project. Stay enterprise if custom milestone models are a hard requirement.

2. Dreamdata

Best for: B2B SaaS companies that want account journeys and stage attribution across Salesforce or HubSpot.

Dreamdata homepage
Dreamdata homepage.

Dreamdata models company journeys from every contact's activity and credits each CRM stage to the channels behind it. It identifies companies and offers an AI agent.

Coming from Bizible, the first thing I noticed on the free plan was that the touchpoint data lives in Dreamdata, not in Salesforce custom objects. Connecting the CRM took minutes, and the account timelines were there the next day.

The flip side is that touchpoints don't sit on Salesforce records by default the way they did with Bizible, so plan how sales will see them. And there's a learning curve: I needed a few weeks before I trusted which view to use in a QBR.

Key features

  • Company journeys collect all contacts' ads, visits, meetings and CRM updates in one timeline.
  • Revenue is credited across each CRM stage, from MQL to closed-won, by channel and account.
  • Companies are identified from anonymous visits, filling in research Bizible can't see.
  • An AI agent and MCP server let teams query data from their own tools.

Where it falls short

  • Touchpoints live in Dreamdata by default, so reps don't get Bizible's in-record view without extra setup.
  • Full attribution needs a custom-priced plan.
  • CRM data quality still determines accuracy, as reviewers point out.

What users say

"Dreamdata helps me to justify where marketing budget is placed as it is directly tied back to my CRM across MQLs, SQLs, Opps, and Closed Won." (Source)
"If your CRM health is poor, then no magic will happen, but Dreamdata is very helpful at revealing the problems." (Source)

Pricing

  • Free: $0/mo with 2 months of history and 5 seats
  • Attribution and Activation: custom pricing

3. CaliberMind

Best for: enterprises that want Marketo Measure's rigor with more modeling freedom.

CaliberMind homepage
CaliberMind homepage.

CaliberMind combines multi-touch attribution with marketing mix modeling on its own data warehouse, with an AI analytics layer and account-level funnels.

For a Bizible team that wants to keep W-shaped-style thinking but control the rules, it's the most natural step. The demo shows custom models built around your stages, and its pricing is by data volume rather than seats.

RevOps folks I know who run it are honest about the commitment. It replaces Bizible's admin burden with a data-warehouse ownership burden, and new users need time.

Key features

  • Custom attribution models are built around your own stages and milestones, beyond fixed rule sets.
  • Marketing mix modeling covers channels that touchpoint tracking can't see, like events and brand.
  • Account funnels show buying groups moving through stages to revenue.
  • Unlimited users through data-volume pricing, so sales and finance can log in too.

Where it falls short

  • It needs a dedicated data or RevOps owner, which shifts rather than removes the admin load.
  • There's no self-serve trial to test against your own CRM.
  • New users report a steep learning curve and hard-to-find reports.

What users say

"We can build attribution models that actually reflect our business instead of being stuck with a standard model that doesn't tell the full story." (Source)
"The UX is confusing sometimes and it's hard to find the reports. The learning curve is high." (Source)

Pricing

4. HockeyStack

Best for: mid-market and enterprise teams that want attribution, product data and AI agents in one platform.

HockeyStack homepage
HockeyStack homepage.

HockeyStack unifies CRM, ad, website and product data, then adds AI agents for analysis and prospecting. It's a modern-feeling replacement for Bizible's reporting layer.

In the walkthrough, the instant model switching and journey views make Bizible look dated. That's the reason it wins evaluations.

Implementation is where opinions split. Teams I know who run it well love it. Several 2026 reviews describe long onboardings where Salesforce data never matched, which is exactly the problem Bizible users are trying to escape.

Key features

  • CRM, ads, marketing automation and product data are unified into one attribution model.
  • Models switch instantly on the same report for side-by-side comparisons.
  • Journeys run from first anonymous visit to closed-won, with company identification.
  • AI agents analyze performance and support sales prioritization.

Where it falls short

  • There's no trial, so Salesforce data quality issues surface after signing.
  • Onboarding can take months, and some reviewers never reached accurate data.
  • Complex reporting can leave less technical users dependent on one expert.

What users say

"I like being able to switch between attribution models like first touch, linear, and last touch in a second, so different marketing teammates can look at reports in different ways." (Source)
"Data was constantly incorrect in HockeyStack compared to our Salesforce instance and the sync/load times were incredibly slow." (Source)

Pricing

  • Quoted, on annual contracts.

5. LeanData

Best for: Salesforce teams that want everything to stay inside Salesforce, with lead routing as the main job.

LeanData homepage
LeanData homepage.

LeanData is best known for lead-to-account matching and routing. Its attribution runs natively on Salesforce, built on campaigns and custom objects.

If you liked that Bizible's data lived in Salesforce, LeanData keeps it there. From the product tour, it reads your existing campaign data and reports influence without a separate platform to log into.

The limits come from the same design. Attribution depends on every touch being a Salesforce campaign member, so anonymous web visits are invisible. And the reviews are overwhelmingly about routing, which tells you where its effort goes.

Key features

  • Lead-to-account matching and routing in Salesforce are the core product, with a visual flow builder.
  • Attribution runs natively on Salesforce campaigns and custom objects, with no outside data store.
  • Account-level engagement views show marketing activity across a buying group.
  • Changes can be built in a sandbox and moved to production with a file.

Where it falls short

  • Attribution only sees Salesforce campaign members, so web visits outside campaigns don't count.
  • It doesn't support HubSpot CRM, which rules it out for many mid-market teams.
  • Reporting is a weak spot according to reviewers, and routing gets most of the product focus.

What users say

"What I like best about LeanData is that it's completely Salesforce native." (Source)
"Reporting with LeanData is a mystery." (Source)
"if there are a large volume of leads coming in at the same time, lean data can sometimes barf or get backed up." (Source)

Pricing

  • Quoted through LeanData sales.

6. Attribution App

Best for: SaaS teams that want deterministic, click-level attribution with published pricing.

Attribution App homepage
Attribution App homepage.

Attribution App traces every conversion to a documented click and imports ad spend to the ad. It reads revenue from Salesforce, HubSpot or Stripe and adds media mix modeling, incrementality testing and an MCP server.

On the trial, it felt like the opposite of Bizible: very little configuration in Salesforce, and every number drills to named customers. That transparency is its best quality.

What I missed was writing back to Salesforce. Attribution stays in the app, so reps don't see touchpoints on records, and history starts only from install.

Key features

  • Deterministic, click-based attribution with configurable models and windows you can explain.
  • Revenue is read from Salesforce, HubSpot or Stripe, covering both sales-led and subscription revenue.
  • Ad spend imports to the individual ad for campaign-level ROAS.
  • Media mix modeling, incrementality and an MCP server sit alongside attribution.

Where it falls short

  • It doesn't write touchpoints back to Salesforce, so reps lose the in-record view Bizible gave them.
  • Data starts at install, with no historical attribution.
  • There's no call tracking for deals that begin on the phone.

What users say

"Like many marketers, I was told that GA4 would solve my attribution problems. Not so, hence the need for a standalone solution like Attribution App." (Source)
"It is a product that does attribution and only attribution. I like this simplicity, but some may look for more features." (Source)

Pricing

  • Pro: $399/mo ($335 billed yearly) for up to 10,000 monthly tracked users, with a 14-day trial

7. Ruler Analytics

Best for: B2B lead generation businesses where calls are a big part of how deals start.

Ruler Analytics homepage
Ruler Analytics homepage.

Ruler Analytics tracks forms, calls and chats, pushes the source into Salesforce or HubSpot, and pulls revenue back when deals close. Call tracking is built in.

For a Bizible user whose blind spot was phone leads, Ruler closes it. From the onboarding material and teams that use it, each call carries the visitor's source and pages, which Bizible never captured on its own.

It's lead-level rather than account-level, setup is guided and takes weeks, and some reviewers mention the journey view is limited to first and last click.

Key features

  • Built-in call tracking attributes phone leads with the same detail as form fills.
  • Sources are pushed into the CRM, and closed revenue is pulled back automatically.
  • Live chat is attributed alongside forms and calls.
  • Marketing mix modeling is available on the Advanced plan.

Where it falls short

  • It has no account-level view of buying groups, which enterprise B2B teams often rely on.
  • Changes in the CRM can break the sync, according to some users.
  • Setup is guided, takes weeks, and comes with annual terms.

What users say

"It tracks Form fills, Phone Calls (Online & Offline) and even Web Chat conversations!" (Source)
"Everytime you change something in your CRM, Ruler will not work and you have to double check the data" (Source)

Pricing

  • Small: from £299/mo; Medium, Large and Advanced from £499, £999 and £1,499/mo
