RedTrack is a capable ad tracker. People usually leave for one of three reasons: price as event volume grows, an interface that feels dated, or a business model it wasn't built for.

That last one matters most. A tracker designed for affiliate offers and landers isn't the same thing as a tool that follows a lead into a CRM.

In this guide, I'll sort seven RedTrack alternatives by who they're actually built for, with pricing and what users say about each.

Editor's note

How we tested these trackers

We ran RedTrack's trial first so we had a baseline, then set up the alternatives that offer a trial or free plan: ClickFlare, Voluum's preview, AnyTrack and Triple Whale. Everflow and Hyros sell through sales calls, so those sections rely on walkthroughs, documentation and people we know who run them.

The brands and agencies we work with include media buyers, lead-gen operators and ecommerce teams, and their workflows shaped what we compared. G2 reviews and Reddit threads filled in long-term experience. We looked at:

  • How pricing scales with events or traffic
  • Conversion API support for Meta, Google and others
  • Whether it handles offers and landers, CRM leads, or store orders
  • How much setup a non-technical marketer can manage

SourceLoop is our product. It's first because many teams searching for RedTrack alternatives run lead gen, but we've said plainly where a pure tracker is the better fit.

Last checked November 2026. Confirm current pricing with each vendor.

Why teams look for RedTrack alternatives

RedTrack homepage
RedTrack homepage.

RedTrack tracks clicks and conversions across traffic sources, affiliate networks and offers, syncs ad spend, and sends conversions back through each platform's conversion API. It has separate pricing for affiliates and lead gen, and for ecommerce.

On RedTrack's pricing page, the affiliate and lead gen plans run from $169 a month for 5 million events to $999 for 75 million, with a 14-day trial.

Users rate its tracking accuracy and integrations:

"The conversion tracking feels reliable, the reports are easy to understand, and it’s much simpler to see which campaigns are truly performing well." (Source)

The complaints center on the interface and speed:

"The UI feels dated and a bit clunky compared to newer tools, and some of the reporting views take more clicks than they should to get to the breakdown you actually want." (Source)
"When I look at very long time ranges to optimize, it usually takes a long time to load the data. It often freezes." (Source)
"Sometimes the costs do not update correctly" (Source)

The 7 best RedTrack alternatives

They're grouped loosely by business model: lead gen first, then affiliate trackers, then ecommerce.

1. SourceLoop

Best for: lead generation businesses and the agencies running their ads, where the sale happens in a CRM or on the phone, not on an affiliate network.

SourceLoop Traffic and Revenue report with conversions and revenue by channel
Conversions and revenue by channel, under any of seven models.

SourceLoop is a marketing attribution and lead source tracking tool. It doesn't rotate landers or track offers. It tracks every visit, captures the lead from forms, calls, chats and bookings, follows it into the CRM, and tells the ad platforms which leads turned into money.

For a media buyer running lead gen, that last step is the point. RedTrack can send a conversion when a form is filled. SourceLoop can wait until the lead is qualified or the deal is won, then send that, with its value.

Key features

  • Conversion sync on real outcomes: send every lead, only good leads, booked meetings or won deals to Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and ChatGPT Ads, with click ID, hashed email and phone matching. See how server-side conversion sync works.
SourceLoop conversion sync builder sending good leads to Google Ads with a value
Choosing which leads, and what value, go back to Google Ads.
  • Ad spend beside credited results: spend, platform-reported conversions and ROAS next to what SourceLoop credits each platform under first and last touch.
SourceLoop Ads report comparing platform-reported conversions with first-touch and last-touch credited conversions
Platform-reported results beside SourceLoop's credited numbers.
  • Lead quality rules: mark leads Good, Not a fit or Spam from form answers, email domain or call length, then optimize ads on good leads only.
SourceLoop lead quality rule builder marking leads as Good based on conditions
A rule that marks qualified leads as Good.
  • Journey on every lead: each visit, ad click and landing page before the conversion, kept on the contact.
SourceLoop contact drawer with first-touch and last-touch attribution and the visit-by-visit journey
Every visit before the lead converted.
  • Calls, forms and bookings: around 70 integrations, including CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics and Invoca for phone leads.
SourceLoop forms library with supported form builders
Form tools captured without a tag per form.
  • Two-way CRM sync: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Jobber, with stages and won deals read back.
SourceLoop CRM field mapping screen
Where lead source lands in the CRM.
  • Seven attribution models: first and last touch, first and last non-direct, linear, U-shaped and time decay.
SourceLoop model picker with seven attribution models
Seven models, switchable on any report.
  • Alerts and custom reports: post new leads or daily cost per lead to Slack, and share live reports.
SourceLoop alert builder with a Slack message preview
A cost or lead alert, posted to Slack.
  • Multiple websites and white label: several sites under one login and your brand. If you're an agency, each client gets their own workspace.

Where it falls short

  • No offer or lander rotation, affiliate network postbacks or traffic distribution. If you buy traffic for affiliate offers, use a tracker like Voluum or ClickFlare.
  • LinkedIn and TikTok conversion sync are coming soon, not live yet.

Pricing

  • Essential: $49/mo for one site and 30,000 page views, with tracking, attribution reports, lead quality rules and alerts
  • Professional: $99/mo for 100,000 page views and unlimited users, adding CRM sync, conversion sync to the ad platforms, the API and MCP
  • Agency: $249/mo for three sites and 1.5 million page views, adding white label reporting
  • Unlimited conversions on every plan, with a 7-day trial. RedTrack meters events instead, which grow with every click.

Verdict: the better fit when your conversions are leads that close later in a CRM. Stick with a dedicated tracker if your business is affiliate offers.

2. Voluum

Best for: high-volume affiliates and media buyers who want the most mature RedTrack-style tracker.

Voluum homepage
Voluum homepage.

Voluum is one of the longest-running ad trackers, built around campaigns, offers, landers and traffic sources. Its Automizer rules pause or adjust campaigns automatically, and its reports drill down to zone, device and OS.

We used the 14-day preview. The reporting depth is real, and if you've used RedTrack, the model will feel familiar within an hour.

The trade-offs are price and contract terms. Plans are billed annually, and a few reviewers describe unwelcome renewals and difficulty cancelling.

Key features

  • Reports drill down by traffic source, zone, device, OS and more, so media buyers can find the small segments that are actually profitable.
  • Automizer rules pause, adjust or alert on campaigns automatically based on thresholds you set, which saves hours of manual checking each week.
  • Server-to-server postbacks and conversion API integrations keep tracking accurate at high volume, even when browser tracking is blocked.
  • Integrations cover the major ad platforms and affiliate networks, plus AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude for quick questions about campaign data.

Where it falls short

  • Listed plans are billed annually, which is a big commitment for buyers who are still testing a new traffic source.
  • It's built around offers and landers, so CRM leads, sales pipelines and won deals are outside its scope.
  • Even the entry plan assumes serious traffic, and some reviewers describe unwanted renewals and difficult cancellations.

What users say

"Voluum has significantly elevated my performance marketing efforts with its drill-down feature to find \"pockets of profits\"." (Source)
"Pricing is on the higher end compared to self-hosted alternatives, so it's an investment you need real volume to justify." (Source)
"I received no clear renewal reminders" (Source)

Pricing

  • Profit: $119/mo billed annually, for 1 million events
  • Scale and Start-up: $299 and $539/mo, for 5 and 10 million events
  • Agency and Enterprise: $799 and $1,599/mo, for 25 and 60 million events

3. ClickFlare

Best for: affiliates running Meta, native or search traffic who want a modern interface and fast support.

ClickFlare homepage
ClickFlare homepage.

ClickFlare is a newer ad tracker covering the same ground as RedTrack: campaigns, offers, landers, postbacks and conversion APIs. It offers free migration from other trackers and a 14-day trial with no card.

On the trial, the interface was noticeably cleaner than RedTrack's, and the drill-down from ad to placement to sub-ID was quick. Users single out its Meta conversion API setup and its support team.

Getting postbacks and conversion events right still took care, and a few small interface quirks came up in reviews.

Key features

  • Drill-down reports pivot a campaign by ad, placement and sub-ID in a few clicks, which makes daily optimisation faster for affiliates.
  • The Meta conversion API and server-side events send accurate conversions back to Facebook, which matters most for affiliates running paid social.
  • Custom dashboards show revenue, cost and profit across campaigns at a glance, so you can spot a losing campaign before it burns budget.
  • An AI copilot and workspaces help teams organise campaigns by client or vertical and ask questions of the data in plain language.

Where it falls short

  • It doesn't read CRM pipeline or won deals, so lead-gen buyers can't optimise their campaigns on revenue.
  • Phone call attribution isn't built in, which leaves gaps for advertisers whose offers close by phone.
  • Event overages still apply at high volume, so costs grow steadily as your traffic scales up.

What users say

"I run Meta traffic to affiliate offers, and pivoting a campaign by ad → placement → sub-ID in a few clicks is what makes daily optimization possible." (Source)
"Setting up the Meta integration, postbacks and conversion events properly took some trial and error" (Source)
"if I navigate back to the main campaign selection screen, all my selected variables get deselected." (Source)

Pricing

  • Starter: $89/mo ($69 billed yearly) for 1 million events
  • Pro: $219/mo ($169 yearly) for 5 million events
  • Master and Agency: $429 and $699/mo, for 20 and 50 million events. 14-day trial.

4. Everflow

Best for: brands and networks that want to run their own affiliate or partner program, not just track bought traffic.

Everflow homepage
Everflow homepage.

Everflow is a partner marketing platform. It tracks clicks and conversions like RedTrack, but its focus is managing affiliates: onboarding partners, setting payouts, paying them and finding new ones in its marketplace.

If you mostly used RedTrack's affiliate panel, Everflow goes much further there. If you mostly buy traffic yourself, it's more platform than you need.

Users praise how easy the reporting is to read. Some find managing many offers clunky, and pricing is quoted with a six-month commitment.

Partner managers we know say the day-to-day is mostly offer setup, payouts and partner reporting, and the interface handles that cleanly. Media buyers who tried it for their own traffic found it heavier than they needed.

Key features

  • Partner management covers onboarding, payouts, caps and communication with affiliates, which suits brands running their own partner program at scale.
  • Postback and pixel tracking attribute each conversion to the right partner reliably, so payouts are based on data both sides trust.
  • A marketplace connects advertisers with relevant publishers, helping brands find new partners without searching a directory by hand.
  • Ask Everflow AI and an MCP server let you query partner performance conversationally, which speeds up weekly reviews and payout checks.

Where it falls short

  • There's no self-serve trial or published pricing, and plans require a six-month commitment before you start.
  • It doesn't attribute CRM leads or deals, so lead-gen businesses get partner data rather than revenue by campaign.
  • It's built for partner programs, which makes it far more platform than a solo media buyer needs.

What users say

"The postback tracking is reliable and the conversions coming in from our advertisers are being attributed accurately, which is critical for our growing affiliate business." (Source)
"some things feel a bit clunky and take more steps than they should, especially when managing a lot of offers and creatives." (Source)
"Sometimes when they roll out an update, the app can get pretty buggy" (Source)

Pricing

5. AnyTrack

Best for: affiliates and small advertisers who mainly want conversions synced to ad platforms on a budget.

AnyTrack homepage
AnyTrack homepage.

AnyTrack collects conversions from affiliate networks, forms and stores, then sends them to Meta, Google and other ad platforms through their conversion APIs. It's simpler than RedTrack, with fewer campaign controls.

We set it up on the free plan. Connecting an affiliate network and Meta's conversion API was straightforward, and the free tier is enough to test it properly.

There's very little recent public review data, so weigh our test and the free plan more heavily than reviews. Pricing scales with sessions.

Key features

  • Conversions from affiliate networks, forms and stores are sent to seven ad platforms through their conversion APIs, with little setup on your side.
  • A free plan covers 5,000 sessions on one site, which is enough to test the full setup before paying anything.
  • Higher plans add multiple pixels, ad accounts and websites, which suits affiliates running several offers across different domains.
  • Webhooks and custom integrations connect less common conversion sources, so niche networks and checkout tools can still feed the ad platforms.

Where it falls short

  • It doesn't rotate landers or offers, so buyers who split test pages will need a full tracker alongside it.
  • CRM pipeline and deal attribution aren't covered, so it can't tell you which leads became paying customers.
  • Sessions above your plan limit are billed, which can surprise you after a sudden traffic spike.

Our AnyTrack alternatives guide goes deeper on its trade-offs.

What users say

"It seems to cater to affiliate marketers. It is a good alternative to many of the much more expensive attribution platforms in the market." (Source)
"the pricing plans are based on pixels." (Source)

Pricing

  • Free: $0 for 5,000 sessions a month
  • Starter and Personal: $100 and $150/mo
  • Advance: $300/mo for 3 million sessions and 10 sites. 14-day trial.

6. Hyros

Best for: info-product, coaching and high-ticket businesses that sell through funnels and sales calls.

Hyros homepage
Hyros homepage.

Hyros tracks ad clicks through funnels, booked calls and final sales, then feeds sales data back to the ad platforms. It's popular in the info-product world.

It's sold through calls, and public reviews are scarce. The two on G2 are both critical of the setup and the promises made, so ask for references before you sign.

Media buyers we know who've run Hyros describe a long setup with its team before data flows properly. Once it's connected, the long attribution windows are what they value most.

Key features

  • Ad clicks are followed through funnels, booked calls and final sales, even when the purchase happens weeks after the first visit.
  • Sales data is fed back to the ad platforms so they optimise toward real buyers, which matters for high-ticket offers with few conversions.
  • Long attribution windows suit coaching and course offers where prospects take time to decide, something ad platform defaults usually miss.
  • AI-driven reporting highlights which ads and funnels make money, helping buyers move budget away from campaigns that only look good in Ads Manager.

Where it falls short

  • Prices aren't published and there's no trial, so you can't test it before talking to its sales team.
  • It doesn't track affiliate offers and landers the way RedTrack does, so affiliates lose campaign controls.
  • It's built for funnels and high-ticket offers, which makes it a poor fit for local or B2B lead gen.

What users say

"They over promise and under deliver." (Source)
"They make set-up super difficult." (Source)

Pricing

7. Triple Whale

Best for: Shopify and DTC brands that want attribution and analytics in one dashboard.

Triple Whale homepage
Triple Whale homepage.

Triple Whale combines Shopify orders, ad spend and its own pixel, with AI agents for analysis. It replaces RedTrack's ecommerce product for brands that live on Shopify.

We've tested it ourselves. The summary dashboard is useful within a day, but the pixel's numbers take some explaining, since they rarely match what Meta reports.

Key features

  • Shopify orders, ad spend and the Triple Pixel come together in one dashboard, so a store owner can check blended and channel ROAS in one place.
  • Orders are attributed across Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid channels, giving DTC brands a view that doesn't rely on each platform's own reporting.
  • AI agents answer questions, build reports and flag changes in performance, which saves time for lean ecommerce teams.
  • Conversions are sent back to the ad platforms to improve their optimisation, which can help when browser tracking misses purchases.

Where it falls short

  • It doesn't handle affiliate offers or lead gen, only store orders from ecommerce platforms.
  • Pricing rises with store revenue, so costs grow as your brand scales and sells more.
  • Stores outside Shopify don't connect as smoothly, which limits it for brands on other platforms.

What users say

"Triple Whale is our source of truth for marketing data." (Source)
"The pricing can also feel high, especially for smaller teams." (Source)
"Also, the attribution of imported marketplace orders is not working." (Source)

1. What are you tracking?

  • Affiliate offers and landers: Voluum or ClickFlare.
  • Your own partner program: Everflow.
  • Leads that close in a CRM or by phone: SourceLoop. It suits lead generation businesses and agencies, and sends only good leads or won deals back to the ad platforms.
  • Shopify orders: Triple Whale.

2. How do you want to pay?

  • By events: Voluum, ClickFlare and RedTrack.
  • By sessions or page views: AnyTrack and SourceLoop. SourceLoop never charges per conversion.
  • By quote: Everflow and Hyros.

3. Who runs it?

  • A technical media buyer can handle any tracker here. A marketer without that background will get further with SourceLoop, AnyTrack or ClickFlare's guided onboarding.
